Biography
Mark Clemens is a Keller Williams realtor with a twist. He's a "one stop shop". He offers the following: 1.)expertise in either choosing or selling a home; 2.) creative and conventional mortgage know how; 3.)and last but never the least, the services of his interior designer wife Carol (who can help both buyers and sellers).
Mark has been in the finance area for 15 years and was a real estate broker in the mid-80s. He currently does either or both as needed. His real estate area of focus (FARM) is Lilydale, Mendota Heights, Sunfish Lake and West. St. Paul Minnesota.
His wife, Carol, has been an interior designer for 10 years and is an Accredited Staging Professional. She assists both buyer's, sellers and existing homeowners.
The most important thing about BOTH of them is that they love houses and people.
Interests
Mark is a state champion powerlifter from 1978 and hasn't missed a workout since. Carol loves to make wearable art, especially jackets like the one she's wearing on her web page. They both enjoy the real estate staging, design and marketing shows on Ch63 and think you should tune in on Friday around 7 for their favorite teams.
